TaylorMade Facilities Management is a London-based rope access contractor. The technicians who survey your building are the technicians who return to do the work.

Who we are

Directly employed, IRATA certified, Level 3 supervised

Every job is run under an IRATA Level 3 Designated Competent Person, who writes the rescue plan and signs off the anchors before anyone descends. We do not use agency labour on framework works, and we do not subcontract the rope element of a job we have quoted.

Working at height is a competence and a paperwork discipline in equal measure. That is why survey, RAMS, photographic reporting and waste documentation are part of the price rather than extras against it.

How a job runs

Four steps from call to sign-off

  1. STEP 1

    Free survey

    Our Level 3 DCP attends, assesses anchors and access, and photographs the problem.

  2. STEP 2

    Fixed quotation

    Condition report, site-specific RAMS, insurances and a fixed price — before anyone leaves the ground.

  3. STEP 3

    One mobilisation

    Most works complete in a single visit — clearance, proofing, repair and waste removal together.

  4. STEP 4

    Photographic sign-off

    Completion report per elevation, waste transfer notes, and any defects flagged for planned maintenance.

Meet the team

David Taylor, Managing Director, and Gemma Braben, Operations Director, are the team behind TaylorMade FM.

David has 20 years’ experience in bird proofing and is an IRATA Level 3 rope access technician, one of the most skilled practitioners in the UK. Gemma runs a tight ship, making sure every customer, old and new, gets the support and care they deserve. It’s a big part of why TM has built the reputation and references it has since the company was formed.

In their rare downtime they enjoy their large family, metal detecting, bird watching, and travelling the UK to visit ancient and historic sites.
